In order to support the sustainable and growingbusiness opportunities of our client, we are looking for a SalesManager who can enforce their EMEA sales team. Yourmain tasks and responsibilities willbe:
* Contributing to thegrowth of the business at existing and new customers within givengeographical regions and end markets
* Ensuring along-term customer relationships for the recurrent consumablesbusiness of targets (used as coating materials), including aftersales services
* Exploring new businesses for thenewly developed technologies
* Using your passionfor technology in order to identify the opportunities at yourcustomers for new investment or upgradeprojects
* Cooperating with various stakeholders(internally and externally) from the identification of theopportunity to the final successful salesclosing
* Generating and fulfilling your portionof the business plan
* Succeeding in makingcustomers chose you as their keysupplier
Functie-eisen
Inorder to qualify for this function you willneed:
* A master degree orequivalent and at least 5 years’ experience in a technical and/orcommercial B2Bposition
* A commercialattitude, combined with very good technical insight and interest toclearly understand and learn the technical aspects and benefits oftheproducts
* Experience inthe domain of Sputter Hardware or the vacuum industry is aplus
* You are ahands-on, entrepreneurial team player, working within a globalsales team supported by a full technicalstaff
* Willingness totravel for ca. 50% of your time (most commonly travel during theworking weeks)
* Verygood knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is aplus
