We are looking to strengthen our market leading Digital Customer team with a CRM Manager with experience in Consumer Goods and/or Retail.

In addition to living our purpose, as a manager in our team, you will:
1. Manage and deliver CRM and CX transformation projects at clients, in an Agile mode. Projects will vary from strategic discoveries to technology implementations (with Salesforce as an enabling technology)
2. Act as a subject expert in the Consumer Business & Retail industry and support project teams in understanding the consumer journeys, businesses’ needs and processes and identifying the areas of improvements across the areas of customer, sales, marketing, service and data
3. Follow-up on the latest developments in the Consumer Business & Retail industry (trends, processes, technology), coach the team in getting trained on (Salesforce) industry solutions ;
4. Grow and maintain relationships with different stakeholders from the Marketing, Sales, Services and IT departments at our clients;
5. Drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders in order to meet the clients’ and Deloitte’s key objectives
6. Lead by example and develop high-performing people and teams by challenging, supporting and continuously coaching and steering them
7. Act as an entrepreneur and contribute in your own way to the growth of our business by exploring market needs, defining and presenting proposals
Let’s talk about you
8. At least 7 years of experience in a functional/technical/product owner role during multiple technology implementation projects (incl. Salesforce)
9. At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Business or Retail in Marketing, Sales and/or Service Experience in service design methodologies (persona, customer journey, service blueprints) and translating into technical solutions
10. Experience in steering and coaching a delivery team to ensure the success of the project while minimize project risks
11. The ability to develop and manage project scopes, resources, timing and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
12. Strong communication skills and you are a team player
13. Outstanding analytical skills and you are intellectually curious
14. A true willingness and ability to work as part of an integrated, enthusiastic and multi-disciplinary team in an local, national and international environment
15. Knowledge of Agile and experience to act as Scrum Master is a key advantage
16. Strong English written and oral communication skills (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
