Function
A transformation plan was drawn up, with multiple work streams. In that transformation plan, there are many interfaces with the HR policy :
1. The creation of new functions that require a description and new classification in the reference framework, recruitments, shifts,...
2. Also questions about the harmonization of processes between the teams, such as performance evaluation.
3. A strong plan for talent management from intake to management (including employer branding, tapping new talent channels, reviewing career paths and compensation systems, etc.).
4. The entire leadership team will end up in a new constellation, with different size, working methods and with an eye on further growth. This also requires further work on management and leadership skills.
Support is requested for drawing up, supporting (mainly process-related, where possible also content-related) and ensuring the implementation of the HR projects roadmap.
The consultant will work very closely with the Human Capital Manager, as well as integrate and align the HR projects portfolio with the corporate PMO manager.
Profile
The customer is looking for a part-time consultant, with:
5. Master's degree in a relevant field.
6. Strong consulting experience in HR/Change/Communication/Culture/Project management.
Assignment practicals
Duration of the mission : minimum until end October. Extension is possible.
Part time: 50%
