Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern/Recruiting Intern to support our HR People Solutions team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment processes in a dynamic and international environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through job postings, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Help enhance candidate experience by ensuring smooth communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media campaigns, recruitment events, and job fairs.
Assist in maintaining HR recruitment systems and ensure data accuracy in recruitment reports.
Collaborate with the HR team on talent acquisition projects and process improvements.
Provide support in onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Profile Description
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).
5. Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
6. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
