Working as an Inside Sales Executive
* You are responsible for front-line communications between users of Televic products, our partners in the sales channel, and Televic Outside Sales Representatives.
* You work in-house with assigned accounts to implement plans and sales goals set forth by sales management to achieve the sales forecast.
* You manage inbound workload of phone calls, emails, leads and requests.
* You generate sales by searching for opportunities within assigned accounts, daily calls to new leads and prospects.
* You maintain accurate records in CRM platform of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities.
* You perform virtual sales demos with perspective end users and integration partners as needed. Engage in technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations as needed.
About you
* First experience in sales/inside sales/ channel sales
* Experience working in communication Systems or High Tech industry is preferable
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
* Results-driven approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
* You speak English fluently, French is a plus
