Job Description
* Proactively assess, understand, and address customer needs to foster lasting partnerships with existing and new clients. Expect to travel at least 50% of the time within your designated region.
* Identify commercial opportunities, presenting tailored solutions from our product portfolio to key influencers and decision-makers.
* Prepare and manage bids and offers in line with our business strategy to maximize outcomes while minimizing risk.
* Contribute to sales planning and target setting, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals.
* Handle registration and qualification processes for RFQs and other procurement procedures.
* Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients, delivering the highest level of service.
The Successful Applicant
* A bachelor's or master's degree in business economics, complemented by at least 10 years of relevant experience. A background in engineering is a plus.
* A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in an industrial B2B setting.
* Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong understanding of complex industrial processes.
* Outstanding people management and communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at every level.
* Fluency in French and English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch or additional languages is an asset.
