Key Responsibilities BePark is looking for a Business Developer to accelerate the deployment of our EV charging station network and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with real estate partners. Based in our Brussels office, the Business Developer will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging with decision makers, and driving the adoption of our solutions. This role involves significant collaboration with real estate partners, sales teams, and operational teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about building relationships while proactively identifying new business opportunities. As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of EV charging and energy solutions. You will: Identify and engage potential real estate partners (property developers, landlords, asset managers) to integrate BePark''s EV charging and BESS solutions into their properties. Drive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and in person meetings to generate leads and create new opportunities. Educate and inspire potential clients on the benefits of sustainable mobility and energy storage solutions, positioning BePark as the ideal partner. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to contract signing. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to refine our approach and support successful project execution. Stay informed on market trends in real estate, EV charging, and energy storage to anticipate client needs and position BePark as a leader in the sector.
