Description
As a Financial Advisor, you are the first personal and relevant point of contact for customers in the branch. Knowledge of and/or affinity with banking products such as general banking, savings, investments, loans, etc. is a big plus. You efficiently answer customer questions, translate their needs into successful commercial opportunities, and guide them in their financial journey. You will be working throughout the Brussels region.
Your responsibilities:
* You serve as the first point of contact for financial questions and quickly identify customer needs.
* You use your excellent product knowledge to offer the best financial solutions.
* You recognize commercial opportunities and turn them into concrete results via digital channels.
* You refer customers to the right colleagues according to internal procedures and tools.
* You encourage the use of digital and mobile banking services for a smooth and secure experience.
* You ensure high customer satisfaction (measured via CSAT/NPS) through empathetic and efficient support.
* You master digital tools (Iris, Scheduler, Salesforce, etc.) and apply the “Orange Behaviours”.
* You do not hesitate to approach customers by phone for a 360° conversation.
