Our Expert Will
* Design end-to-end network related projects
* Daily operational management of our IT Infrastructure
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining high availability of our IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, offices, DC, VPN, DNS, FW)
* Managing complex support tickets (second and third line)
* Ensuring adherence to infrastructure standards & governance principles
* Participating in the Change Management process for smooth transitions
* Providing up-to-date support documentation
* Suggesting improvements on network and security level
* Validating infrastructure and network deliverables in projects, meeting our high standards
* Implementing version management practices
* Supporting first line with inquiries and providing second line support
* Applying correct administrative processes when using follow-up tools
* Coordinating and working closely with on/offshore third parties for third-line support
* Presenting solution proposals (HLD+LLD) to meet business requirements
* Deploying solutions in our production network in a controlled manner
* Ensuring seamless transition without impact to operations
* Contributing to the writing of RFI/RFP's
* Monitoring Firewalls and Networks
* Creating detailed documentation (migration plans, test plans, troubleshooting reports) during changes and incidents
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Software)
* At least 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas, with 5 years specifically in NW/NWSEC
* Active experience in MPLS technology, networks (LAN/MAN/WAN), routing protocols (static, BGP, OSPF, redistribution), QOS, tunnels (GRE, IPSEC), and other relevant areas
* Experience with firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA Firepower), segregation networks (DMZ, ICS perimeters), proxy services (Zscaler/ZPA), Radius/NAC/SSLVPN, DNS, reverse proxy/load balancing, and good troubleshooting skills
* Familiarity with centralized WLAN management, AD with integrated Radius and CA, Citrix/VPN, Splunk, Skybox, Panorama, Cisco ISE, Infoblox, PRTG, Visio, AWS network components, and SDWAN/SASE technologies is an asset
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mediation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, act as a Network champion, and educate juniors
* Proficiency in English and good knowledge of French; Dutch is an asset
