1. Serve as the primary partner of our customers and help them increase the adoption of our solution.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and challenges.
3. Proactively address customer issues, gather feedback, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring a clear understanding of software features and integration into their workflows.
5. Engage in proactive collection and communication of customer feedback, issues, and market trends to internal teams at WHISE, influencing ongoing product improvements.
6. Monitor customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for additional features or enhancements.
7. Provide training sessions, create and update educational materials, and conduct webinars to help clients utilize the SaaS product effectively.
8. Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on evolving customer needs, in close collaboration with the sales team.
Profiel
9. Hold (at least) a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent.
10. Proven 2-3 years of successful experience in project delivery, project management, process improvement, incident management and service delivery excellence.
11. Exhibit a passion for exceeding customer expectations and for helping customers solve problems with product-based solutions.
12. Possess strong multitasking abilities to efficiently manage multiple small projects in an agile way.
13. Showcase exceptional team player skills coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.
14. Thrive in a high-paced delivery context.
15. Fluent in French and English AND Dutch.

As a Customer Success Delivery Lead, you are dedicated to ensure that customers not only use the product and services offered by WHISE effectively but also achieve their desired outcomes, fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty. You smoothly onboard new customers on the platform, you closely follow-up and monitor the customer’s installation and provide proactive support and guidance, you train and advise customers, you help them embrace the digital transformation so that they derive maximum value from their investments.
