We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Bid/Presales Officer to join our team and drive our business growth through successful bid management. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the IT business, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple offers simultaneously.- Analyse customer’s needs in such a way that a clear scope determination and planning can be made, obviously in cooperation with our technical architects and engineers.- Work with the different stakeholders (customer, internal team and partners) to develop and validate offer content. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses to client questions and (offer) requests.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as the customer, colleagues, vendors and partners.- Participate in meetings (together with our technical experts) with client teams to discuss offers.- Negotiate favourable terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure profitable sales.Profile- Minimum possession of a bachelor degree.- You look back on 2-3 years of IT experience in public companies or large structured environments.- Dutch and French (oral & written): mandatory + English (written).- Experience in working with or managing public RFP processes.Technical skills- Although the technical architects will bring the necessary support for each project, a good conceptual knowledge of IT in general is needed as we work in a complex IT & sourcing environment.- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SalesForce is a plus.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Able to work independently and within a team.- Proactive, customer focused, can-do mentality.If you recognize yourself in these requirements, we are looking forward to hearing from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
