What you do
1. You are the commercial point of contact for the north of France of our industrial color solutions for a wide range of applications such as wallpaper, laminate flooring, plastics and foams, building materials, ...
2. You visit existing customers and actively seek new potential customers.
3. You coordinate customer projects in cooperation with the R&D team.
4. You develop technical and commercial sales arguments and negotiate with customers.
5. You maintain a commercial relationship with our customers in the region in order to grow our business.
6. You actively prospect in the region through direct contacts, trade shows, social media, ...
7. You closely follow the developments on the market of color solutions.
8. You are part of the "European Sales Team" and maintain regular contact with the head office in Belgium.
Who you are
9. You are a born salesperson and know what sales management in a B2B environment entails.
10. You preferably have a Bachelor or Master degree and a technical interest.
11. Experience in the chemical sector is a plus, but not a must.
12. You are sociable and have excellent negotiation skills.
13. You are communicative, assertive and can work autonomously.
14. You are result-oriented, proactive and problem-solving.
15. You are fluent in French and English.
