As a VIE in Logistics Purchasing you will be working in a team responsible for buying all logistics services for the Volvo Group in region EMEA. We have a very diverse team of buyers located in Sweden, France, Belgium and Poland. The team is characterized by unique people with a wide range of interests and skills. A combination of recently started colleagues, trained professionals and experts with a high degree of experience. We seek a colleague that is passionate about logistics, purchasing and analytics – striving for continuously improving the way we work, making it better in every possible way.
Who are you?
To become our VIE in Logistics Purchasing, we believe you have these qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration
Fluent in English (in speech and writing)
Very strong analytical- and problem solving skills
Strong Negotiation skills
Strong general IT knowledge (preferably knowledge in optimization & visualization tools)
Agile & flexible
Communication skills and strong interest to develop good relationships with stakeholders
Strong autonomy
