- Produces and serves the dishes similar to the technical specifications or according to the guidelines of his responsibility
- Adapts his work pace according to the needs, events and customers
- Receives the goods and places them correctly in the storage room
- Ensures effective quality
-Respects the technical data sheets and the preparation process in order to avoid waste. Respect for material
- Always cleans up his workplace after use, puts storage areas in order and always covers food and respects the HACCp hygiene rules
- Respects the use and safety rules of the equipment made available to him/her
- Adopts the safety standards imposed by the hotel
