We are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator [F/M/X]
This role oversees customer order processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution from order entry to follow-up. They handle invoicing and credit notes, ensuring accurate and prompt payments. Additionally, they manage customer complaints efficiently and contribute to continuous improvement by reporting issues. The role includes participation in training, team meetings, and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks. Responsibilities • Correct Customer Order Entry & follow-up • Providing timely & correct answers to customers (external & internal) • Follow up on Back orders, bottleneck allocations, contract agreements & batch reservations • Invoicing (including credit notes & debit notes) • Handling customers' complaints in a timely and professional manner, including reporting • Contact and follow up on deliveries with the logistics Partners in Belgium & Germany. • Participate in projects and build solid relationships with other areas of the organization • Promotes continuous improvements through active participation in Team Meetings.
