Functieomschrijving Job Description
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within your assigned domain, where you actively source top candidates, coordinate the selection process, and advise hiring managers. Additionally, you play a key role in recruitment activities related to reorganizations and large scale internal mobility projects.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
* Work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
* Conduct internal and external searches, including direct candidate sourcing
* Manage the entire recruitment process including screening, interviews, assessments and contracting.
* Ensure excellent ?candidate experience and support throughout the process.
Reorganization & Internal Mobility
* Collaborate with HRBPs and line managers on planning and executing reorganization projects.
* Coordinate selection processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
* Ensure structured follow-up for impacted employees.
Operational Collaboration & Project Management
* Work with the Operational Excellence team for support on large-scale recruitment projects.
* Functionally coordinate the contributions of Recruitment Specialists and support staff.
Profiel Profile
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR : recruitment, talent management or project management.
* Customer Centric & team minded
* Excellent stakeholders management & communication skills.
* Experienced in managing recruitment projects at various organizational levels.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and data-driven recruitment.
* Fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of French and English.
