As we embark on a new phase of growth post Series B, we are looking for our first People Partner to spearhead our people foundations as we grow to 120+ people globally. Empowering, nurturing and enhancing exceptional talent is key to our success, and this roles scope will be to make sure that this happens for everyone in the pack. In this role, youll closely collaborate with the founders and leadership to cultivate our talent and take our people practices to the next level.

What you''ll do
Reporting to the VP of People, you will:
1. Be the first People Partner at TechWolf! You will set up our people infrastructure and people partnership program from scratch.
2. Be the point of reference for the growth and impact of our people managers. Your relationship with our people managers will be key to your success, and you will be the people chion and evangelist for them in their role as people managers.
3. Own and evangelise our performance philosophy. The way we think about and reward performance is key to Techwolfs success as a company, and you will make sure that our philosophy is always aligned with our vision, and that its understood and executed company wide via our talent check ins and review cycle.
4. Own core people processes for the whole organisation from engagement surveys to L&D to Employee Relations and more, you will be the centrepiece of our people processes, from a strategic as well as an execution point of view.
5. Own ad hoc projects as and when they come. As a founding member of the people partnering team, a lot will come your way in different shapes. We want you to see this as an opportunity to grow your impact, and own those end to end.
Who you are:
1. You have 5+ years of experience in a People Partner or People Generalist role, ideally within a fast growth tech company.
2. You have 2+ years of experience managing stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to Leadership Teams.
3. You have experience running core people programs and projects company wide think Performance Review Cycle, Engagement Surveys, L&D programs.
