As a Project Manager Capex, you will oversee capital expenditure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and alignment with company strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
* Develop detailed project plans with objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Coordinate activities among internal teams and external partners for effective project execution.
* Monitor progress and provide regular reports on status, risks, and opportunities.
* Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
* Participate in change management and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Degree in engineering, project management, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
* Significant experience managing Capex projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and standards in pharmaceutical field.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
* Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
