The Job
We are seeking a Solution Integration Specialist to join our team. This role will serve as the primary technical point of contact for project implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure projects and industry-standard certifications.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for project implementation and support throughout the process.
* Work with project managers to scope project requirements and develop detailed plans.
* Write detailed technical documentation, including execution plans, network diagrams, and procedures.
* Implement and configure solutions according to project specifications and company best practices.
* Train internal teams on supporting and maintaining newly implemented solutions.
* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to the supervisor.
* Be available for occasional project implementations during evenings or weekends.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
* Stay up to date with the latest technology through continuous training.
The Profile
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project implementations.
* Industry-standard certifications such as:
-Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
-Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801)
-Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
-Fortinet Certifications (NSE4 & NSE5)
* Technical degree in IT or a university degree in computer science or engineering.
* Proficiency in:
-Cisco Meraki
-Microsoft Endpoint Manager
-Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
-Microsoft 365 suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
* Bilingual in English and French (Required).
