Job Title: Warehouse Agent
About the Job:
We are seeking two warehouse agents to join our team at Brucargo, an international logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage drivers efficiently.
- Handle documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Process damage reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Transfer documentation to relevant departments, customers, suppliers, and third parties as needed.
- Execute activities through various input systems with ease.
- Schedule incoming and outgoing freight effectively.
- Identify delivered freight and label it accurately (second floor of the warehouse).
- Update systems and track planning and incoming and outgoing freight with attention to detail.
- Maintain contact with internal services via phone and other communication channels.
- Manage warehouse personnel and monitor overall processes and local procedures.
- Adhere to and implement safety, compliance, and health regulations.
- Follow up on documents and ensure proper archiving in accordance with guidelines (e.g., Edoc).
- Follow specific instructions for the warehouse, including packaging and hazardous goods handling.
Requirements:
* You possess fluency in Dutch or French.
* You have excellent English language skills.
* You are willing to work varied hours, including early, late, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
* You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability outside of traditional 9-to-5 schedules.
* You are prepared to perform additional tasks not outlined in the job description as needed.
* You respect the company's standards, including mandatory training hours per year.
* You have basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel and quickly understand different input systems.
* You have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
Shift work is mandatory. You will be assigned to start times at 5 AM, 7 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, or 1 PM, or night shifts starting at 5 PM or 9 PM.
