THT s.a., founded in 1991 and a pioneer in lactic acid bacteria and probiotic production, is a company active in the exciting field of fermentation. Our bacteria are used in the food industry as starter cultures and ingredients for dietary supplements to support gut health. The company was acquired in 2022 by the Puratos Group and has increased its ambition to contribute to a better diet for a more sustainable world. THT is active on local, European and international markets and must therefore ensure world class manufacturing operations.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships with high-quality products and exceptional service, and develop strategies to expand our market presence and increase brand awareness. You will lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, stay ahead of industry trends, uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance, and promote sustainable business practices to ensure the long-term success of THT.

Who are we looking for?
