Mission:
The Direct Marketing Manager manages, steers and improves direct marketing activities for all lines of business (mobile & fix), segments (prepaid, postpaid, SOHO) and brands (Orange, VOO, Hey!).
He/she also leads the direct marketing transformation both in terms of tools and processes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develops & consolidates the operational strategy and planning for campaign management and related customer targeting activities to support overall B2C and B2B marketing activities.
2. Manages for the above purpose the operational contact plan, master referential for 1-2-1 outbound campaign portfolio in collaboration with customer base management, geo marketing team, go to market, device teams.
3. Provides recommendations towards CRM domain stakeholders and technical departments for campaign management related processes, information and systems
4. Manages and implements the transformation of the campaigning tools
5. Ensures and drives measurement, evaluation, and piloting of the 1-2-1 Campaign portfolio
6. Recruits, manages, motivates and coaches a team of (senior) campaign experts to achieve objectives within field of activity.
7. Secures coordination of the direct marketing activities at B2C and B2B level
Profile:
8. Minimum of 7 years business experience, of which ideally 2 in a people related job
9. General knowledge of telecommunications and operational marketing
10. Campaign management experience
11. General CRM knowledge
12. Knowledge of latest Customer Management Systems
13. Ideally a 1st experience in Direct Marketing transformation
14. People management: Ability to build, lead and motivate a team and ability to coach (give feed-back in order to develop)
