Your challenge :
As S&OP analyst you’ll be in charge of intervening in solution finding and mass balance assessment to make sure the entire Carmeuse Western Europe network is synchronized:
1. Analyst and Back up for S&OP Manager,
2. Owner of Master Planning (weekly scale) for most product families),
3. Bridge with customer service concerning daily planning.
Here are your main tasks:
4. Master all operational planning processes (up to weekly scale) in Quintiq system. From demand info (sales & forecast) to production (capacity, stock, events), purchase … in order to generate a balanced and optimized production plan ;
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of the service, report KPI’s and recommend optimization or corrective actions ;
6. Steer mass balance meetings with transversal operational players to solve issues ;
7. Communicate very clearly (the “why”, how, what, actions, owners) to align all actors. Ensure constant alignment with S&OP manager ;
8. Create true and qualitative link between all operational and managerial actors (production, sales, transport, customer service) is a key aspect to steer the entire network ;
9. Manage an international customers portfolio and be back up of team members if necessary.
Education :
Engineering Degree (Civil - Business - Industrial engineer …) or equivalent.
Experience :
3 years of experience in supply chain preferably.
Your professional skills :
10. Professional skills: Customer management/Logistics skills, §Advanced knowledge of SAP (SD & LE) or any ERP, MS Office programs, Knowledge of planning software and any other Supply Chain program is an asset, Language: Fluent in French, English and Dutch.
