A growing technology company in the HealthCare sector is seeking an experienced IT Senior Support Engineer to join its expanding team. As a result of rapid growth, they are reinforcing their internal team and looking for a new member to provide top-notch service and technical support across their EU locations.
Job Description
* Technology Support: Install, configure, and maintain network, computers, and business tools (Hardware, software, Storage, applications, VoIP).
* Security Measures: Implement network security through backups, access controls, VPN IPsec, Firewalls, and intrusion detection.
* Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve Hardware, software, and system issues, upgrading components as necessary.
* Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve system performance while researching new technologies and improvements.
* IT Assistance: Provide IT support, document infrastructure, and set up employee accounts and requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
* Background: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support with experience in corporate service desk operations and end-user assistance.
* Expertise: Strong understanding of security, networking, and infrastructure, including Firewalls, VPN/Ztna, IPsec, DNS, DHCP, and Meraki WiFi.
* Tools and Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and industry best practices for IT management.
* CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE: Experience with OS and cloud infrastructure, including Windows, MacOS, Linux, Azure, Intune, JAMF, and Ubuntu Landscape.
* Communication: Fluency in English.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience, with skills in networks, databases, and patch management.
