Role Overview:
Join the Measurement & Performance team within Marketing & Communication to analyze and visualize campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the Campaign Manager, Product Owners, and Cluster Leads in this new department, requiring strong communication skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
* Analyze KPIs and campaign data to provide insights and recommend optimizations.
* Ensure accurate data monitoring, integration, and visualization for data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to refine campaign strategies and business objectives.
* Train users on reporting tools and foster a data-driven culture within the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a focus on marketing, campaign performance, or business intelligence.
* Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and KPI tracking.
* Experience in Marketing, Campaign, or Performance Analysis.
* Excellent communication skills to work closely with the Campaign Manager, Product Owners, and Cluster Leads.
* Experience in reporting and dashboard development.
* Ideally experienced in SAS, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign.
* Analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure, and strong business acumen.
