Responsibilities:
1. You will soon be responsible for infrastructural and technical facility management at our site.
2. You will manage and carry out projects in building services, the existing building stock and infrastructural services, and provide support for new construction and conversion measures.
3. In your function, you will request external service providers and be responsible for controlling, monitoring and invoicing.
4. Your tasks also include space management, including the planning and installation of new production facilities in cooperation with internal departments.
5. In addition, you will prepare service specifications and functional specifications for all facility management services.
6. You will serve as the contact person for external bodies such as authorities and insurance companies.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Completed studies in the field of facility management. Alternatively, you are a construction technician or master craftsman with the corresponding additional qualification.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in facility management.
3. Knowledge of industrial building regulations, fire protection, industrial safety regulations, as well as contract law, VOB and HOAI.
4. Computer skills, in particular MS Office and AVA programs; CAD skills desirable.
5. Experience in contact with external service providers and contractors.
6. Communication skills, assertiveness and a convincing manner.
7. Good written and spoken English and German.
