You will join the team responsible for technical customer service and spare parts. In this position, customer satisfaction is key, and you will have extensive customer contact. More detailed: You will support customers with their technical support questions, drawing on your expertise and after completing an initial training period provided by the company. You help them order the right parts for the machines. Once you have identified the appropriate part, you prepare the quotation. You ensure that the spare parts are ready on time and arrange suitable (urgent) shipping for customers worldwide. This role also involves handling associated administrative tasks, such as preparing transport and customs documents. In consultation with the team, you will handle incoming warranty claims and work together to find a customer-friendly solution. You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally in electromechanics or equivalent through experience. Reading technical plans comes naturally to you.
