Your Role As a Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in shaping, developing, and optimizing software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: Core Responsibilities Designing, developing, and adapting applications using .Net and Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on functional and business analyses. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure all user requirements are understood and accurately implemented. Translating business needs into robust technical architecture. Applying Test Driven Development and testing programs in an integrated Agile environment. Documenting all developments and identifying potential issues, offering optimal solutions for best results. Assessing the impact of changes and mitigating potential risks effectively. Secondary Responsibilities Ensuring high quality deliverables through comprehensive test scenarios and documentation. Identifying and resolving testing challenges, following up with retesting where needed. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and lessons learned. Providing guidance, coaching, and training for team members as needed. Your Profile Technical Expertise Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing and .Net development. Advanced knowledge of programming languages, including .Net. Proficiency in methodologies like Agile and Object Oriented Programming. Hands on experience with tools such as JIRA, SVN, SSIS, and KingswaySoft. Familiarity with SSRS and a preference for candidates with an IBM oriented mindset. Non Technical Skills Strong client satisfaction focus with a commitment to quality. Proven leadership and coaching abilities backed by over 5 years of professional experience. Exceptional project planning, coordination, and analytical problem solving skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration abilities. Education & Certifications A Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
