Internship Position
The System Administration Team plays a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system administration, network management, and cybersecurity in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be a part of the System Administration Team within the Systems Department and will explore Microsoft 365, contribute to documentation and IT projects, and gain insights into system administration tasks—all while working alongside experienced professionals.
The candidate will mainly report to the System Administration Team Lead.
* Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
* Duration: At least 3 months
* Start date: As of 2nd Quarter of 2025
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage IT assets
* Assist with user account management, software installations, and IT troubleshooting
* Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the internal IT help centre
Conduct in-depth exploration and documentation of Microsoft 365:
* Gain proficiency in M365 applications and admin panels
* Develop comprehensive user guides incorporating screenshots and instructional videos.
Skills and Experience
* Currently enrolled in a university degree at IT, Computer Science, or Equivalent fields
* Good communication skills
* Ability to document and explain IT concepts well
* Good written and spoken English
* Passion for learning new technologies and IT administration
* Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Experience with Microsoft 365 or IT systems would be considered as an asset.
