Job Description
You will be part of the Atlas Business Transformation project, aimed at replacing our current Enterprise Resource Planning (EPR) system with Oracle Fusion Cloud product.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, managing replies with the meeting chair, taking and sharing minutes following the standard.
* Communication Facilitation: Act as a communication hub between project teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
* Risk and Issue Management: Assist in documenting, and monitoring project risks and issues, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
* KPI tracking activities: Monitor and track the Key Performance Indicators assigned to you to ensure progress and achievement of targets.
* Support in kaizen activities to improve team efficiency by analyzing the current situation, setting up and implementing countermeasures, and clearly sharing information with all stakeholders in a proactive manner.
Requirements:
* You work accurately, possess good analytical skills, and have a problem-solving mindset.
* You are fluent in English.
* You are proactive and assertive, seeing challenges as development opportunities.
* You have a very good knowledge of Office 365, and know-how of Jira, Confluence, and Bizz Design is a plus.
* You are a creative thinker.
* You are able to facilitate meetings and workshops from preparation to reflection, requiring good communication skills and the ability to balance serving the audience with guiding them towards expected outcomes.

Contract Details:
1. Interim contract with weekly renewals.
2. Start date: ASAP.
3. Expected end date: November 18, 2024.
