Job Title: IT Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our team at Purson. As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of IT goods and services, ensuring that our IT needs are met in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
* IT Vendor Strategies: Understand IT strategy and contribute to the development and implementation of IT procurement vendor strategies to support IT organisations' needs and objectives.
* Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage IT vendor contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions including pricing, quality of service and service level agreements and delivery schedules.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on vendor contract execution and more specifically on vendor performance against service level agreements both to vendor and to IT internal stakeholders.
* Vendor Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to IT vendors management, including data, security, sustainability, finance and compliance risks.
* Procurement Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services from identifying the needs to managing vendor performance.
* Culture Champion: Act as a champion in vendor management practice within Procurement department, develop and maintain vendor management framework and coach IT and procurement colleagues.
* Representation: Represent Purson within industry community (local peers or with global key vendor manager), closely collaborate with industry key vendor managers to ensure one voice on the market.
