Main goal of the CI Lead role is to incrementally build capability within teams to improve efficiency using lean methodology on site. Initiating and governing local projects focused on delivering plant improvement through effective change management.
Major/Key Accountabilities
1. Coaching and Mentoring employees
2. Creating CI Culture on site
3. Ensuring small project governance
4. Change management at site level
5. Manage and lead plant improvement projects at site level
Challenges/Problem Solving
1. Drive CI culture in Service Center Bornem
Authority/ Decision Making
1. Working autonomously with required level of Plant manager support

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
2. Lean Thinking
Desirable Qualifications
1. IOSH Qualification or equivalent
2. Coaching and Mentoring Qualification
3. Project Management qualification
4. (Six sigma; Greenbelt)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience:
1. Working within a manufacturing (or similar) environment
2. Leading teams to deliver change.
3. Coaching and mentoring employees
