Post Integration Officer
You will play a pivotal role in this large-scale project as the Post Integration Officer, overseeing the entire integration process.
* Manage all phases of the post-merger integration process, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
* Analyze internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.
* Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to the board and executive committees, showcasing key insights and strategic recommendations.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives, monitor progress, and ensure successful project execution.
* Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of the integration roadmap, leveraging expertise from various departments.
* Audit, Legal, Advisory, Accounting, and IT Expertise: Provide input on relevant processes, ensuring compliance and optimal integration outcomes.
* Requirements:
* Education: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Audit, Law, IT, or Project Management.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management, audit, advisory, accounting, or IT roles, preferably in mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation contexts.
* Languages: Fluency in English and French; Dutch language skills are an asset.
