1. Define & Execute Growth Strategies – Shape and drive a winning sales strategy to boost market share and accelerate revenue growth.
2. Lead & Inspire – Coach and guide a team of 40 sales professionals, ensuring top performance, motivation, and career development.
3. Build Strong Partnerships – Strengthen relationships with strategic customers, IT integrators, service providers, and vendors to create long-term value.
4. Drive Business Expansion – Identify and seize new business opportunities, forging new deals and breaking into untapped markets.
5. Optimize Sales Operations – Improve efficiency across sales processes, bid management, client architects, and support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
6. Close Big Deals – Take the lead in negotiating and securing complex, high-value contracts with major customers and partners.
7. Collaborate for Success – Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and solutions teams to enhance customer value and create integrated go-to-market strategies.

8. A proven track record – At least 10 years in B2B sales, with solid leadership experience in the ICT & Telco industry.
