Job Title: Senior Data Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and storage solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the development of data pipelines and storage solutions using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
* Mentor and guide a team of Data Engineers, ensuring project success and technical excellence.
* Partner with stakeholders to define and implement strategic, data-driven solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and obtain relevant certifications to ensure the application of best practices in data architecture.
About You:
* You have a Master's or bachelor's degree in IT, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* You have a strong interest in data manipulation (storage, crunching, pipeline implementation) and at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Data/DevOps/Software Engineer.
* You possess a strong SQL knowledge, understanding of data structures and algorithms, and a data-oriented mindset.
* You have experience with Azure, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts, as well as cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
* You are proficient in Python scripting and app development, and fluent in English.
