HR Manager

Your contribution
As the HR Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in managing all HR functions, including recruitment and the HR Employee Life Cycle. You will work closely with business leaders, global & local HR, and CH HR team members to implement human resources processes and practices that drive and support organizational effectiveness and employee development. Your responsibilities include managing HR processes, advising line managers and employees, and supporting payroll and budget planning in collaboration with financial controllers. You will ensure compliance with global HR guidelines and local legal regulations while enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational success.
Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for line managers and employees in the assigned areas.
2. Coordinate and manage HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Provide advice on employment law and the company's employment policies and procedures.
4. Oversee local implementation of HR processes, including performance and salary reviews, budget planning, and organizational changes.
5. Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle, including onboarding, internal changes, exit procedures, and disciplinary processes.
6. Ensure timely and accurate payroll preparation and pension contributions.
7. Maintain and update employee records and internal policies in line with local legal regulations.
8. Collaborate with external third-party providers for training, legal matters, and other HR-related services.
9. Support various ad hoc requests from the Management Team and contribute to HR projects.
Your background

10. Completed secondary education with a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a similar field.
11. At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR partner, including recruitment and designing HR processes.
12. Knowledge and experience in BNL labor law and HR regulations.
13. Proficiency in SAP, Success Factors, Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Outlook).
14. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French; additional European languages are a plus.
15. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and self-motivation.
16. Excellent communication and listening skills.
17. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
18. A proactive mindset with the readiness to learn, grow, and propose improvements to enhance organizational success.
