Job Summary:
* We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. You will work with leading IAM products and technologies from SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, CyberArk, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with client management to assess, design, and implement sustainable solutions addressing key and evolving risks in identity governance and access management.
* Analyze processes, documentation, and workflows through interviews with staff performing security and human resource related duties, developing gap analysis, and identifying process improvements based on current risk.
* Work with clients to implement sustainable IAM improvements, facilitating table-top exercises and developing remediation plans.
* Plan engagement objectives, strategize to comply with professional standards, and mitigate risks inherent in the engagement.
* Review work performed by the engagement team and maintain relationships with client account leadership to manage expectations of service.
Required Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with +5 years of professional experience working in the IAM field and supporting services underneath.
* A no-nonsense approach when participating in internal or external conversations is essential.
* Candidates should be open and honest about their successes and failures, embracing a culture of lifelong learning.
* Familiarity with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space is necessary.
