What you will do:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you''ll collaborate with various teams to discover how the use of product related datasets can impact the business. You will work on strategic, data driven automation projects with Marketing and Sales to attract more customers, collaborate with Sales enablement to keep churn low and make upsells easier, and look for patterns in our data to establish Lighthouse as a thought leader in the hospitality industry.
Where you will have impact:
* You will acquire expert knowledge about Lighthouse data assets and find creative ways of how they can be used to improve our business outcomes: from hospitality data (prices, occupancies, etc.) through internally generated data (application usage, finance, sales, etc.) to open datasets.
* You will translate loosely defined problems into actionable recommendations and execute them. Bringing structure and clarity will be important.
* You will solidify collaborative relationships with Sales and Marketing teams by understanding their needs and proposing solutions and collaboration processes.
* You will build and help evaluate Proof of Concepts of data automation projects, such as using our app usage data in combination with hospitality market trends to help prevent churn, or helping marketing teams reach the right audience with the right insights to create a FOMO effect.
* You will search for macro level insights to enable our content teams to write compelling stories and establish Lighthouse as a thought leader in the hospitality industry.
* You will help us improve our sales and marketing efficiency through automation, insights and creative problem solving.
