Your position
1. You will report to the Head of the Project Management Office and work in close collaboration with a team composed of Business Analysts, Project Portfolio Managers, Project Managers and the PMO Support Office.
2. You will be the key contact person for business partners in gathering requirements and performing feasibility studies for ICT applications or business solutions.
3. You will guide business users and organise workshops aiming at defining problems and finding solutions within the ICT architecture framework.
4. You will build up good relationships within Credendo (ICT, stakeholders, etc.) and at different levels.
5. You will be responsible for implementing, in close cooperation with multidisciplinary teams, business changes within the value chain of the organisation.
6. You will keep up the maintenance of the process framework and related organisational descriptions and act proactively in understanding new business issues.
Your profile
7. You hold a Master’s degree or higher a Bachelor’s and have at least 5 years relevant professional experience in a similar position.
8. You have built your experience as a Business Analyst within finance, or insurance industry.
9. You have strong knowledge of SAP (FICO) and other SAP modules in an integrated environment.
10. You show good interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral.
11. You work autonomous and you are proactive in structuring and organising your work.
12. You show good oral and written proficiency in English, with a knowledge of Dutch or French preferred.
13. You have a sound knowledge of BPMN models and project methodology.
14. You have strong analytical skills and are eager to learn.
15. You take responsibility and have problem-solving skills.
16. You are passionate about bringing improvement and challenging the status quo.
