👉 Project Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated RAMS Engineer to join our team, specializing in avionics and video display systems for aerospace applications. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of our systems throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards.
👉 Your Responsibilities
* Conduct RAMS assessments to evaluate the reliability and maintainability of avionics and video display systems.
* Perform risk and failure analyses, including Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) modeling, to ensure robust system design.
* Lead system safety evaluations, carrying out Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA) and ensuring adherence to DO-254 and other aerospace safety regulations.
* Identify and mitigate potential design risks by working closely with engineering teams to enhance system performance, safety, and compliance.
* Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers to integrate RAMS principles at every stage of product development.
* Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance.
👉 Your Strengths
* Education: Master’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quality and safety engineering, particularly in critical sectors such as aerospace, defense, or space technologies.
Technical Expertise:
* Strong knowledge of RAMS methodologies (FMECA, FTA, RBD, etc.).
* Familiarity with DO-254 or equivalent aerospace safety standards.
* Hands-on experience with reliability analysis tools and software.
* Solid understanding of avionics and video display technologies.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
* A proactive and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
