KRKA Belgium is growing! We would like to invite an additional team member to our team.
Join us as a
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Your tasks:
* Provide permanent telephone and/or e-mail client support regarding orders, product availability, shipments, payments and agreements, as well as product related issues.
* Plan, prepare, perform and report on sales and other activities for clients according to valid instructions.
* Monitor and ensure proper stock levels of Krka’s products.
* Receive and enter complaints into relevant IT systems, and forward the complaints for further resolving.
* Enter data related to clients and orders into relevant IT systems.
* Track orders and dispatches, monitor payments and arrangements with clients.
* Prepare analyses and reviews of sales and other data.
* Obtain/receive and transfer/forward information on the safety of medicines, and perform other pharmacovigilance activities.
* Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English language
What you bring with you:
* Desired relevant university degree education
* Previous experience in customer service and phone and internet sales
* Good selling and communication skills (phone, skype, face to face)
* Good skills in digital marketing (internet sales)
* Well organized and precise working with CRM system
* Good analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
