About the Role: As a Learning and Communication Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and communication strategies within our EMEA Development Centre (EDC). Collaborating closely with business leaders and HR, you''ll identify training needs, design innovative programs, and implement effective learning methodologies to nurture our R&D teams'' growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and address development needs within our R&D teams, designing and implementing tailored training programs.
2. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including universities, to enrich our learning ecosystem.
3. Create and implement a skill/competency matrix, mapping the skills of our engineers and designing strategies to bridge competency gaps.
4. Serve as the key user of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its optimal utilization.
5. Drive knowledge sharing initiatives and organize internal events to foster collaboration and inspiration among our teams.
