Description
* Manage client relationships in Southern Europe, particularly Italy and Spain, by creating and adjusting new quotes and modifying existing contracts.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with customers in collaboration with external teams to ensure alignment.
* Handle mailbox management, implement price adjustments, and perform analyses using Power BI.
* Provide seamless customer service by addressing queries and issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge, track customer service metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Contribute to both team and company-wide initiatives to drive success.
Profile
A successful Inside Sales should have:
* Proficiency in Italian and Spanish, and a good understanding of English
* A customer-centric approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* A background in Internal Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support (is a plus).
