Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary: EUR 390 per day maximum (depending on your experiences)

DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote role, Full-time
Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process
* Work closely with line managers to create job descriptions
* Maintain and update the Recruitment Information System
* Screen CV’s, invite& interview candidates
* Provide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practices, market conditions, candidates and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with the hiring manager
* Maintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and job sites
* Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
* Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other events Must have
Skills:
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch/Flemish and English.
* 2 to 5 years (in-house) recruitment experience, preferably with high-volume recruitment
* Outgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills
* University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, etc)
* Any other European language is welcome.
* Ability to work independently of direct supervision
* Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business
