The Polymers Business unit operates globally and relies on a network of around ten integrity officers. The project manager will report to the head office and be responsible for deploying the integrity programme at the head office and coordinating the network of integrity managers.
Located in Brussels, Belgium, the Integrity Officer will join the Integrity and Communication team and work with various business lines (Integrity, Business, Finance, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Objectives, tasks and activities:
1. Develop and maintain corruption risk maps to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
2. Monitor and review third-party due diligence processes to mitigate potential risks.
3. Collect and handle internal alerts regarding potential integrity issues.
4. Coordinate training programmes to promote a culture of integrity within the organization.
5. Organize information sessions to educate employees on integrity policies and procedures.
6. Communicate internally and externally on actions taken to promote integrity.
7. Develop and monitor an action plan to address integrity-related issues.
8. Implement control measures to prevent integrity breaches.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with the following profile:
1. Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or Law.
2. Excellent analytical skills to assess complex data and situations.
3. Ability to grasp multiple subjects and understand their interconnections.
4. Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
5. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present data.
7. Bilingualism in French and English.
