Your responsibilities:
1. Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers.
2. Identifying and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify and repeat sales opportunities.
3. Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service.
4. Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts.
5. Responsibilities typically include managing projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
6. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
7. Develop, implement and manage the strategic account(s) strategy focused on the share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
8. Coordinate sales activities and manage the resolution of specific customer problems.
9. Enabling mutual growth through strategic partnership and superior customer experience.
Your background
10. At least Bachelor Degree preferably in electrical, electromechanical or electronic engineering.
11. Interest in sales to industrial customers of electrical equipment, protection and control systems and software.
12. Languages: Fluent Dutch and intermediate-to-fluid English, French is an advantage
13. Procative eager to learn
