The role of Business Analyst involves gathering and managing functional requirements, working closely with designers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to analyse business processes and provide solutions that align with strategic goals of your squads.
You will work in transversal squads managing different interfaces with various functional scope: collateral, funds, settlement, cash and banking, Treasury.
When joining the team, you will be coached by a buddy and fellow senior team manager who will help you to grow in the function.
Responsibilities:
* Develop effective relationships with business users to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
* Act as the primary interface between IT development and design teams and the business users for new systems and enhancements.
* Evaluate new applications against business requirements and recommend appropriate alternatives or enhancements.
* Prepare communications and make business presentations on solutions and system enhancements.
* Facilitate the implementation and deployment of system changes by providing support, advice, and guidance throughout the project life cycle.
* Ensure proper translation of business requirements into structured documentation.
* Support IT colleagues through the project development process, including testing and deployment validation.
Required Skillset and Experience:
* Excellent communication (writing and oral) and presentation skills.
* Strong analysis skills and native problem solver.
* Proficiency in English.
* Good theoretical knowledge of financial topics is a plus.
* Technical background is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in economics, Information Technology, or a related
* Strong interest in technologies such as Cloud and Angular.
