ILIAS Solutions is looking for a friendly, organized part-time receptionist to manage our front desk and assist with various administrative tasks.
Your mission
1. Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
3. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
4. Manage appointments and schedule meetings for staff members.
5. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
6. Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning.
7. Provide general information to clients, visitors, and staff.
8. Ensure security procedures are followed (e.g., visitor check-ins).
9. Assist in coordinating office supplies and maintaining inventory.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
Your Capabilities
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Friendly and professional demeanor.
6. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
