As a Functional Microsoft 365 Consultant at AmeXio, you act as the vital link between customer needs and technological solutions. You play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. With your expertise in SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 systems, you help customers unlock the full potential of their digital workplace. In addition, you have experience or a strong interest in change management and user adoption, and you’re capable of successfully guiding employees through the transition to new technologies, tools, and processes.
Job description
* Analysis and Advice: Identify customer needs and translate these into clear, practical solutions within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, etc.).
* Functional Design: Draw up functional specifications and designs, taking into account the underlying technology, information architecture, user experience and business processes.
* User Adoption and Training: Support end users in adopting new tools by delivering training, workshops and user guides. You focus strongly on user adoption, ensuring employees feel confident and comfortable with the changes.
* Change Management: Contribute to the change management process by anticipating the impact of new systems on the organisation and its employees, and proactively addressing these challenges.
* Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate solutions and propose improvements to ensure clients continue to benefit from the latest Microsoft 365 developments.
* Collaboration: Work closely with technical experts, project managers and clients to successfully deliver projects.
* Knowledge Sharing: Act as a sparring partner for colleagues and clients on functional Microsoft 365 applications.
* Pre-sales Support: Contribute to presentations and proposals to help win new clients by demonstrating the added value of our services.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a clear and accessible way.
* Able to lead workshops and clearly document the outcomes.
* Experience with functional analysis and translating business processes into technological solutions.
* Knowledge of information architecture, metadata and user roles within Microsoft 365.
* Strong interest in, or experience with, user adoption and change management.
* Fluent in both Dutch and English.
* Experience working in projects within an Agile environment.
* Proactive mindset and comfortable taking ownership.
* Experience with intranet solutions such as Powell is a plus.
