Learning and Development Officer

Join our HR team as a Learning and Development Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s talent and growth strategies.
In this role you will report to our HR Manager.
Your Role
As a Learning and Development Officer, you will:
* Coordinate and execute the Talent Management processes, including talent assessments, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and performance management.
* Identify learning needs by collaborating with managers to assess skills gaps and align learning initiatives with business goals.
* Create an annual training plan and budget based on insights from development reviews and business needs. Oversee the implementation of the plan, track progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Develop engaging learning solutions, including training courses, e-learning content, and workshops, ensuring they meet the needs of employees and align with business priorities.
* Take ownership of our annual engagement survey, overseeing its coordination, tracking, and communication of results. Gather action plans from managers and monitor their progress to ensure continuous improvement.
* Assist in implementing and maintaining a learning and development platform (LMS) aligned with the organization’s needs and goals.
* Facilitate impactful training sessions, guiding learners and evaluating their progress.
* Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent and leadership development, applying insights to enhance organizational processes.
What You Bring
* >5 years in HR, learning and development, or talent management, with exposure to supporting leadership teams and implementing development frameworks.
* Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate complex processes in a practical, user-friendly manner.
* Competence in using learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and data analysis tools to support talent initiatives.
* A proactive, innovative, and supportive approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
* A master’s degree with relevant qualifications in HR, organizational development, or a related field.
* Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
